Wow!  Your visual appeal is out the roof!
Suggestions: "examples of artwork, hear and read thoughts of artists, see artists creating art, and add your own thoughts on creativity. What is creativity? Will this project will spark your interest in arts and creativity?"  - period after artwork.  Hear and read.....    take second will out of last sentence.

there does seem to be some common threadsthere does seem to be some common threads - change does to do

I can't see the "i" in reflection in the header.

I only wish I knew how to do half what you have done!  Very impressive.

Costa Rican Sounds doesn't line up quite right, it's not clear that you can click on UGA photos to go to links - you might add some text to take care of that.
Other than that I might put some of the info on different pages rather than having to scroll down to see it and add/or some buttons for navigation.  You could put in some named anchors at the top of the page to go directly to different parts.
I love the instructional part of it!

I love the content and "fireside" atmosphere of your site.  You should be a travel agent!  The content definitely convinced me that I would like to go there.  I like having the naviagation buttons on every page.  That was something that I missed and someone else suggested to me.  It sure makes it easier to get around in the site.

As we discussed at the showcase, I suggest the following:
  • A color for the background might make the site more appealing - maybe pick up a color from the sky or sea that contrasts but also blends with the pictures.
  • Back to top buttons at the bottom of pages would be nice
  • The navigation buttons you have on the main page are a little small and hard to read.
  • I might resize the table so that it extended to a full screen view

Jina - I loved the color scheme using the bright basic colors that are a part of every young child's learning environment.  The layout was very appealing and easy for the consumer to navigate.  Your information and links to outside information were very thorough and helpful, and the tests of knowledge were a good way to either pretest your knowledge or see if you understood what you read.  Very effectively covered the main ideas of the content!  I think that the checklist for visiting child care centers would be very helpful to any parent.  It includes some things they might not think to ask, and is a handy tool to take along so that you don't forget anything while you are there.

The content was a little wide for my 15" screen and I had to scroll back and forth to read some of the lines.  The jumble of questions that filled the screen in the intro was very effective in letting me feel the confusion and overwhelming nature of the problem.  I wanted to read all of them though, to see if everybody would have the same kinds of questions that I had.  Perhaps the transition speed of this part could be slowed down just a little so that it would be possible to do that.

Overall, great job!
